Fish Painting

Daddy and Bennett are painting a fish piggy bank (if that makes sense???) that Bennett got for Christmas from Santa. Bennett picked out the colors. Purple and yellow, how nice! Bennett is very creative.

OK, the last Christmas to post....Finally!

This is Bennett with Grandpa Leroy. My Dad. We went to Moscow, ID to spend the day at Grandma and Grandpa Hahn's house, my grandparents. We had a good dinner of pork chops and cucumber salad, my favorite. Bennett loves Grandpa Leroy.

Christmas with Aunt Sissy and Grandma Sherri

I think by mid January Bennett had like 6 Christmas mornings worth of gifts! This is my sister Nikki and my Stepmother Sherri playing with Bennett in the toyland! We had a good time!

The girls got matching tees for Christmas eve, kinda...

More pictures of making Cars

Making cars...

When we are in Utah we got together with Uncle Stan and family to decorate cake cars (instead of gingerbread houses this year). Its a Christmas tradition in Steve's family. I should have posted these much earlier.... better late than never!

Cafe Rio + Friends = Fun

We always get the Cafe Rio Crew together for at least one trip for good food and laughs every time we come home to Utah. So, here are some pictures. Theres Mark and Rachael and their new baby, Justin and Ashlee and Makella, and Michelle, Rick, and Ryan...Oh and their new baby too! We were missing Emily, Shawn, and Chloe this trip. Don't worry they made the next one!

Ice Storm in December

We were out of power for 3 days in December. The three days right before we flew to Utah for Christmas. This made it a little difficult to pack, celebrate our Christmas at home, eat, sleep (it was very cold!), and shower! Here are some pictures I took of the icy trees.

A brief Update

So I thought I would write an update on our lives this new year! We are back in PA and we are very happy to be back. We had a good time and now its nice to be back in our own beds at night! Theres not a whole lot new with us. I am watching a little girl named Kate a few days a week. She is a beautiful little girl, her mom went back to work as a nurse at the med center and she is my friend. I love Kate so much, we feel lucky to watch her! Other than that I am still working a couple of days a week at Banana Republic. I love working there as most of you already know!

Our Prophet has recently passed away. Gordon B. Hinckley was the President and Prophet and passed on on January 28th. He was a marvelous man and the only Prophet I have known as a member of the Church. I feel much gratitude for his service to the members of the church and the world. I find it a little difficult to think of another prophet, but I'm sure when a new prophet is called it will feel right.

Bennett is loving Preschool, his teacher Bryn is teaching again next year...HIP HIP HOORAY! I will post a picture of him with his face painted as a clown and a bow tie on. They learned about the circus this week.

I really love my calling in the Primary. I feel really blessed to serve with such a wonderful presidency. I work with amazing women. It helps that they all have a good sense of humor too!

Other than that life is great, we are all healthy and happy! I will post some pictures from the last month, both here and in SLC.
