Uncle Terry

I am going to keep you updated on the status of my Uncle. I am overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness and love. Mostly I want to thank you all very sincerely for your ongoing prayers and fasts. I have never been so thankful for the power of prayer and fasting.

For those who do not know, I have an Uncle who was in a serious accident in a hydroplane race. My family is in Spokane, WA. He was flown to Seattle after the accident for better care. He is in critical condition. Sunday was a tough day as he suffered massive heart attacks from the impact and shock on his heart. We have been blessed this far and he is still alive but still in very serious condition. Right now we are focused on his heart working again. After that he has bruised lungs, a tear in his pulmonary artery, cuts on his liver and spleen, and almost every bone is broken, including his back and fractures on his spine. He was wearing a helmet so his head is good and he was surprisingly alert and coherent before they were able to sedate him.

I welcome any prayers that we can get. Thank you to all of you who keep calling to extend your love. It is appreciated more than you could ever know.
