More pics from the Balloon Fiesta to come, sooo cool! |
After our dinner at El Pinto, a cool restaurant that used to be the Governor's Mansion that has been visited by a lot of famous people! |
We celebrated Steve's 31st Birthday last Saturday too. Happy Birthday to my Hottie Husband! He decided that instead of another I Touch he was going to spend way too much money on a Remote Control Airplane. We have a RC Airport near us and some friends that are into it too. You can play a simulator game on line and thats about all Steve has been up to lately. Good thing too, I would hate for all $300 of foam airplane to crash on his first try of actually flying it.

This is his actual plane that he bought....T-28D Trojan |
This Saturday my Mom comes to town for five days and we have about the same stuff planned, a tram ride, balloon fiesta, food....ect!
We have been trying to finish off some home projects, we took down our ceiling fans that were awesome shiny brass and sprayed them with a oil rubbed bronze spray paint and it looks fantastic! Cheap easy fix! Steve found a couple of lights at a garage sale and we replaced some hall lights, again they were the yucky brass. Anyway, its coming along. Slowly but surely....one garage sale find at a time!
Zumba is also coming along slowly (Albuquerque isn't quite up to speed with the rest of the WORLD when it come to the popularity of Zumba!) I think I finally have my first regular class at Defined Fitness starting in November, alas a class to call my own! I do teach every Tuesday at the Church building for an awesome group of gals, but thats all for fun.....now onto paying back those cert fees!
I have to record my Body Combat routine by Dec. 19th in order to complete my entire certification for Body Combat. Those 10 tracks are plugging along too.
Overall, The Wrights are doing great.

Albuquerque does have some fun stuff. I grew up in Farmington NM and we NEVER came once to see the balloon festival. Crazy!
